　　(一)具有自鎖性(xing)。蝸桿的升角很小時(shi)，蝸桿只能帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)，而不(bu)能帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)蝸桿轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)。

　　(二)蝸(gua)桿傳動效(xiao)率(efficiency)低，一般認為(wei)蝸(gua)桿傳動效(xiao)率比齒(chi)輪傳動低。尤(you)其是具有自鎖性的蝸(gua)桿傳動，其效(xiao)率在0。5以下，一般效(xiao)率只有0。7～0。9。

　　(三)發熱量大，齒面容(rong)易磨損(sun)，成(cheng)本高。
